FAQ

Straight answers, no fluff. If your question isn't here, hit Contact — we answer like humans.

Is this just another gimmick?
Fair question — you've probably been burned before. That's why we lead with raw before/after demos on genuinely furry seats and back every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't pull the fur out, send it back.
Will it scratch or damage my upholstery?
No. The rubber/silicone edge is fabric-safe — it works with the weave to lift hair, not against it. Use light, even strokes and it'll be gentle on your seats.
Does it work on leather?
Straight answer: it's built for cloth & carpet, where embedded fur is the real problem. On leather, a quick wipe usually does the job anyway. We'd rather set the right expectation than overpromise.
Why not just buy the famous $25 roller?
That roller is great — on furniture. Car seats are tougher fabric, tighter spaces, and worse static, and that's where it struggles. Furget It is built for the car and the embedded fur specifically.
Does it work for other breeds, or just huskies?
Huskies are who we built it for first because they shed like it's a full-time job — but it works on any heavy-shedding double coat: Golden Retrievers, Labs, German Shepherds, Border Collies and more. If your car fills with fur, it's for you.
How does it ship, and what's the return policy?
Ships from the U.S. in 1–2 business days, free over $35. If it's not for you, the 30-day money-back guarantee has you covered — no fur-covered hoops to jump through.
Do I need refills or batteries?
Never. No refills, no batteries, no charging. Rinse it clean and reuse it for years. One tool, done.
